  • Roaming / third-party card data: identifiers from third-party eMobility Service Providers (eMSPs), where applicable
  • Log files and service data: error logs, diagnostic information, communication logs (e.g., OCPP transaction logs)
  • App and dashboard usage patterns: features used, clicks, navigation flows
