At Spack EV, we provide software solutions, digital services, and cloud-based EV charging management platforms. As our products are delivered digitally and do not involve the shipment of physical goods, a return policy is not applicable to our services.

No Physical Returns

Spack EV does not sell or ship physical products directly.

Therefore:

We do not accept returns of any kind
No physical items need to be sent back
No return-based refunds are applicable

Digital Services Are Non-Returnable

Since our offerings—such as software access, dashboards, APIs, integrations, and analytics—are delivered digitally:

Purchased subscriptions
Digital licenses
Software activations
Custom configurations
White-label solutions
Platform access

cannot be returned once activated or delivered.
