Since our services are primarily delivered digitally, this Shipping Policy explains how and when our digital products, credentials, onboarding details, or (if applicable) physical items are delivered.
1. Nature of Our Deliveries
1.1 Digital Products & Software Services
Most Spack EV services—including the dashboard, mobile apps, APIs, and charging management platform—are delivered digitally, not physically. This means:
- User accounts are created online
- Access credentials are delivered via email/SMS
- Software updates are released over the air (OTA)
- Integrations and configurations are done remotely
No physical shipping is involved for digital access.
2. Delivery Timelines
2.1 Software Access Delivery
Upon successful onboarding or subscription payment:
- User account setup: within 1–48 hours
- Dashboard access & login credentials: delivered via email/SMS
- Charger onboarding (software side): within 24–72 hours depending on station availability and OCPP integration
- Custom configuration / white-label setup: 3–15 business days depending on project requirements
2.2 Digital Documents
Documents such as invoices, agreements, credentials, configuration files, and usage reports will be delivered via:
- Email
- In-app notifications
- Dashboard downloads
Delivery time: Instant to 24 hours, unless otherwise stated.
3. Physical Items (If Applicable)
In rare cases, Spack EV or its partners may provide physical items such as
- RFID cards
- QR codes for charger identification
- Printed documentation
- Hardware provided by third-party manufacturers
If physical items are involved:
3.1 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
3.2 Shipping Methods
Physical shipments may be delivered through
- Standard courier partners
- Speed post
- Logistics partners selected by Spack EV or the hardware manufacturer
3.3 Shipping Times (India)
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–5 business days (if available)
Shipping timelines vary based on:
- Delivery location
- Third-party partners
- Availability of stock
- External logistics delays
3.4 International Shipping
If applicable, international shipping times and costs will be shared on request.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any physical items are shipped) will be displayed at checkout or communicated before dispatch.
For digital products, no shipping fee is charged.
5. Order Tracking
For physical deliveries:
- A tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS once the item is dispatched.
- Spack EV is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs.
For Digital Deliveries:
- You will receive confirmation by email or through the dashboard.
- If you do not receive access details within the stated time, contact support immediately.
6. Failed Delivery or Non-Delivery
6.1 Physical Items
Spack EV is not liable for:
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Unavailable customer during delivery
- Delays caused by courier partners
If the shipment is returned due to such reasons:
- Re-shipping fees may apply
- Refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping costs
6.2 Digital Products
If you do not receive login credentials or activation emails within the expected timeline:
- Contact us at support@spackev.com
- Our team will resend the details or manually activate your access
Digital services are considered delivered once access credentials are sent to your registered email/phone number.
7. Third-Party Hardware Shipping (If Applicable)
If hardware is supplied by a third-party manufacturer, installer, or charging station operator:
- Shipping, replacement, warranty, and delays are governed by the third-party’s policies
- Spack EV is not responsible for damage, delays, or disputes related to hardware shipments
- Spack EV only provides software support related to integration and configuration
